Effective and last updated: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Keith M. Webster Construction, LLC and Keith M. Webster Construction, Inc. (collectively, "KMW," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit kmwconstruction.com, contact us, submit a job application, or use website features that connect to third-party services.
Plain-language summary. We use information to respond to project inquiries, recruit team members, operate and secure the website, understand site traffic, and measure advertising. The careers form accepts contact information, a cover letter, a résumé, and a message. The site also uses cookies and similar technologies from service, security, call-attribution, analytics, and advertising providers. We do not sell personal information for money.
1. Scope
This policy applies to personal information collected through kmwconstruction.com and related communications initiated through the website, including the careers form and telephone inquiries attributed to website visits. It also describes third-party features embedded in or linked from the site.
This policy does not replace a privacy notice included in a construction agreement, employment record, benefits plan, client portal, or another relationship-specific document. If a separate notice or contract applies to a particular relationship or service, that document will control to the extent of a conflict.

Information you should not submit through the public website
Please do not place Social Security numbers, driver's-license or passport numbers, financial-account information, medical information, background-check information, or other highly sensitive data in a website message, résumé, cover letter, or upload unless KMW specifically requests it and provides an appropriate secure method. The careers form is not intended to collect immigration documents, tax forms, or banking information.
3. Sources of information
We collect personal information from:
- You, when you contact us, call us, submit an application, communicate with our team, or otherwise provide information.
- Your browser or device, through server logs, cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies.
- Service providers and advertising partners, such as hosting, website maintenance, call-attribution, security, analytics, and advertising providers.
- Public and professional sources, such as professional profiles, references you authorize us to contact, licensing records, and other information reasonably relevant to a project inquiry or job application.
- Clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project participants, when they provide contact or project information in the ordinary course of business.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, discuss potential projects, and provide requested information;
- evaluate job applicants, communicate about opportunities, check references with authorization, and maintain recruiting records;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and related systems;
- measure site traffic, understand how visitors find and use the site, attribute calls and inquiries, and evaluate marketing performance;
- deliver, personalize, and measure advertising, including through third-party pixels and cookies;
- prevent fraud, misuse, malicious activity, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Use;
- comply with law, licensing and recordkeeping obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims;
- carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your direction or consent.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this policy:
- Website and business service providers, including hosting, maintenance, email, storage, recruiting, form, security, call-attribution, analytics, advertising, and professional-service providers.
- Project participants, such as architects, designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and other parties when reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform requested work.
- Advertising and measurement providers, including Meta, The Trade Desk, and CallTrackingMetrics, as described in the cookies section.
- Government authorities and other parties for legal reasons, when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, and the integrity of our services.
- Parties you direct or authorize, or for another purpose disclosed when you provide the information.
We do not disclose job applications or résumés for unrelated third-party marketing.
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
KMW does not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising and measurement technologies may involve disclosure of identifiers and internet or network activity to advertising providers. Depending on the law that applies, these disclosures may be described as a "sale," "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or processing for "targeted advertising," even when no money is exchanged.
You may request information about, or object to, covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity by contacting us as described in Contact us with the subject line Privacy Request — Opt Out. Because advertising identifiers are associated with a browser or device, an email request may not by itself identify or suppress a particular browser identifier. Browser and provider controls described below may offer additional choices.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16.
8. Your choices
Browser and cookie controls
Most browsers let you delete or block cookies and may allow you to block third-party scripts. These settings are browser- and device-specific and can affect website functionality. You can also use provider and industry controls, including Meta's ad settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance's consumer-choice tools.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) or opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). There is no single uniform standard for every signal. The website does not currently use a consent-management platform or automatically suppress all advertising technologies in response to DNT or GPC. Where applicable law requires another response, KMW will evaluate and process a verifiable request as required. You may submit a request using the contact information below, but an email request may not identify browser-specific advertising identifiers.
Updating information
If information you submitted is inaccurate or incomplete, contact us to request a correction. If you are using the Buildertrend client portal, use its account controls or contact the appropriate project representative for portal information.
9. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to KMW or the relevant processing, you may have rights to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- obtain certain information in a portable format;
- opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable;
- appeal a denial of a request, where applicable; and
- receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
How to submit a request
Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., call 970-618-3887, or write to the mailing address below. State the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate relevant records. We will use information submitted with a request only to verify and respond to it. We may request reasonable verification, and legal exceptions may allow or require us to retain or decline to disclose certain information.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and, when allowed, confirmation directly from the person concerned. If a law grants an appeal right and we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal."
California notice
California residents are entitled to know how a commercial website responds to DNT signals and whether other parties may collect personally identifiable information about online activities over time and across different websites. The disclosures in Cookies and online tracking and Your choices provide that information. California's broader consumer-privacy rights apply only when statutory coverage requirements are met; this section does not limit any right that applies to you.
10. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, safety, security, legal, tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, dispute, and recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the type of information and relationship. For example:
- project inquiries and communications may be kept while an opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
- applicant records may be kept for the hiring process, future opportunities where appropriate, and periods required or permitted by employment law;
- project and contract records may be retained for the life of the project and applicable warranty, limitation, tax, licensing, and insurance periods;
- security, server, call-attribution, analytics, and advertising data are retained according to operational need and provider settings; and
- backup copies may remain until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
When retention is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete, de-identify, or securely isolate the information, subject to technical and legal limits.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle. No website, email, telephone system, transmission, or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what to send through a public website or ordinary email, and notify us promptly if you believe information connected with KMW has been compromised.
12. Children
The website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
13. Third-party services and links
The Client Login page embeds Buildertrend, and the site links to social networks, Houzz, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party properties. When you interact with an embedded service or follow a third-party link, that provider may collect information directly from you under its own privacy policy and terms. Buildertrend controls the login interface and credentials submitted to its service; KMW receives and uses client information made available to it through the platform as part of the client relationship.
We encourage you to review third-party privacy notices. KMW does not control and is not responsible for an unaffiliated third party's independent privacy practices.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices, providers, or the law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or communicated through another reasonable method when required.
